David L. Selby has practiced law in government agencies and private firms since first interning with the Monroe County District Attorney’s office in Rochester, NY. Upon graduating from Case Western University School of Law, David interned with the Administrative Office of the Courts of Georgia. There, he worked on legal presented by various Justices and Judges from each State court level as well as from State government employees. Additionally, he participated in judicial committees alongside Justices of the GA Supreme Court.
David has also served as counsel in both plaintiff and defendant capacities, with a predominant focus on employment law discrimination cases, contract disputes, and education law cases. David has experience in workers compensation, products liability cases, and business planning and advising. David is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division, and is a participant in the litigation committee.
